Shure Super 55
At first, Shure Super 55 may look identical to Shure 55SH Series II. Shure Super 55 also comes with a die-cast casing, a self-tensioning swivel mount, and a shock-mounted cartridge. However, Shure Super 55 is actually a more sophisticated product. It features high input gain levels and a frequency response range tailored specially for natural vocals and speeches. Shure Super 55 comes with a frequency response range of 60 Hz – 17 kHz. As you can see, it has a significantly higher high-frequency peak.
